The Financial Responsibility Form (FRF) must be submitted with an initial deposit payment. When there is a change in ownership or financial responsibility, the Change of Financial Responsibility Form (CFRF) must be submitted to the Department. The FRF or CFRF must be notarized if sent by mail, electronic mail or someone who is not the FRP or CFRP.
Please note for housing development projects subject to SB 330, the online application contains more information than required for an SB 330 Preliminary Application. The SB 330 Preliminary Application is available below under “SB 330 Housing Development Projects.”
