A Notice of Meeting informs a company's shareholders, directors, or other interested parties of the time, date, and place of a corporate meeting. This document can be attached to the minutes of a meeting and can be used as evidence that notice was provided.
If you run an organization, you are obligated to let your stakeholders know when there is a meeting. Whether it's an annual shareholders gathering, a monthly or quarterly directors meeting, or an unexpected issue that needs to be addressed by a group, you'll need to put the details in a formal Notice of Meeting.
